Empowering Seniors,

Bridging Generations

Founded by Joe Bryant, a visionary architectural and portrait photographer, and Brandon Patricio, a dynamic entrepreneur behind Raees Brand Studios, our 501©(3) non-profit organization is passionately dedicated to addressing the urgent needs of the senior community. Witnessing the dual crises of homelessness and the technological divide among the elderly, we are unwavering in our commitment to creating a supportive network that connects seniors with the resources they need and deserve.

Our vision is to cultivate a society where seniors are not left behind by the rapid pace of technological advancements and our fast-evolving world. Through our expanding partnerships in Los Angeles and across the country, we aim to provide seniors with access to essential services, housing, nutritious food, supportive programs, education, and vital healthcare. We believe in the transformative power of community and collaboration, working hand in hand to ensure that every senior can navigate the modern world with health, happiness, confidence, and dignity.

As a recognized 501©(3) organization, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and making a tangible impact in the lives of seniors. Together, we aspire to create a future where generations uplift each other, bridging the gap between the old and the new, and ensuring that no one is left behind. Our shared goal is to build a world where every senior feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

We're in Stage 1. *

Stage One: Core Services for Seniors 65+

Our initial stage focuses on providing essential services for seniors aged 65 and above. This includes:

  • Food

  • Access to free or affordable healthcare

  • Affordable or free housing

  • Medical transportation

We will host a variety of services in homeless or low-income areas on a regular schedule, providing 1 to 3 meals on select days each week.

Housing Program

We are in the process of finalizing our partnership with city and state authorities to offer affordable, transitional and emergency housing to those facing homelessness or severe poverty. In this stage, we have leased a home dedicated to addressing the homeless crisis for both independent seniors and adults. Our home will provide three nutritionally balanced meals daily. Rent payments will be income-based, and we will assist residents in qualifying for public assistance programs if needed.

Stage Two: Transitional and Emergency Housing

We are currently planning and sourcing property, contractors, and designers to build 10-20 tiny homes. These homes will provide shelter for seniors and other age groups in need.

Stage Three: Office Building Acquisition

Our goal is to purchase an office building to serve as our long-term headquarters. This space will host events for the community, a place for us to store and distribute donations, and act as a hub for providing resources to those in need.

Stage Four: 24/7 Hotline & Building Additional Housing.

We aim to establish a dedicated 24/7 hotline for seniors or anyone in need. This service will connect callers with available free resources and support. In addition we want to expand our initial build of 20 tiny homes to a total of 40.
